In addition, Dr. Martin is a past Vice President of Research and Development and currently a consulting psychologist for the Center for Applications of Psychological Type (CAPT). He was the architect of CAPT's MBTI Qualifying Program, and the primary force behind the design and development of that organization's career development workshop and executive coaching training program. Dr. Martin has trained and certified thousands of professionals to use type as a tool for both personal and professional development.
