Dr. Martin has co-authored two books on applications of personality type in organizational life - one book on the different types' approaches to leading, creating, teaming, and career development and another book of team-building exercises. He is also the architect of several popular train-the-trainer programs, including an executive coaching program, MBTI qualifying program, and a career development program.
