Living Consciously and Living Well

The underlying goals of this work are to develop excellence, personal power and freedom - and to integrate inner evolution with outer effectiveness. The principles and tools for personal mastery encourage and empower us to live consciously and to live well.

It's about living with intention, awareness, heart and balance.

In the seminars and coaching work, you learn how to apply the tools of mastery in discovering your authentic personal power, in following your dreams, in achieving success in your field, and in building powerful relationships. The principles and practices apply to one’s ongoing personal development as well as to one’s professional development and success.

What does it mean to Live Consciously and Live Well?

Living consciously is about being awake. Living consciously requires us to have an understanding of the role of attention, energy and habit in our lives. Waking up asks us to build self-awareness, to know our habits of behavior and belief, and to take responsibility for ourselves and for our own development and success. Research in psychology shows we are driven more by our unconscious than we truly recognize. As we wake up, we come to know who we really are, the deeper us (our true values, our essence) that is beyond the habits of our everyday personality and the blinders of our typical personality defenses.

Living well is about creating the things we care to create in our lives. True personal development and daily effectiveness go hand in hand. The tools for making things happen – for creating happiness and success - in our lives are simple, but we are often distracted by habits of personality. As we learn to manage our energy and attention, to bring thoughts, feelings and behaviors into alignment, we learn how to act on and respond to the world from the range of options that leads to effectiveness in our domain.
